         思想解放的還不夠徹底。在思想上、政治上、行動(dòng)上與能與公司保持高度一致。但還存在思想不夠解放,工作因循守舊的問題,沒有最大限度地發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造力。

         工作方式方法有待提高。由于分廠工作頭緒多,生產(chǎn)任務(wù)重,客觀上分散了抓執(zhí)行、抓落實(shí)的時(shí)間和精力。對(duì)分廠管理人員和技術(shù)人員,提要求、壓擔(dān)子的多,思想上交流溝通不夠,有時(shí)面對(duì)繁重的工作任務(wù),容易有急躁情緒。
