          摘要:以煙包形式的復(fù)烤煙葉為試材,對(duì)比研究了電容法與電阻法測量煙葉含水率的差異,并將電容值與電阻值分別與煙葉含水率進(jìn)行方程擬合。結(jié)果表明:電容法測試時(shí),電容與煙葉含水率均呈顯著相關(guān),在1、10、100 kHz頻率下,隨著頻率的增大,電容值對(duì)頻率的敏感度降低,煙葉含水率與電容值相關(guān)方程擬合度也降低,數(shù)學(xué)模型可用對(duì)數(shù)模型表示;電阻法測試時(shí),測試電壓對(duì)電阻測量結(jié)果無顯著影響,采用雙桿電極測量的電阻值與煙葉含水率呈顯著相關(guān),建立兩者間的數(shù)學(xué)模型為二次多項(xiàng)式;采用電容法測量煙葉含水率比電阻法更優(yōu),以單桿電極、測試頻率1 kHz情況下檢測的電容值與煙葉含水率的模擬方程擬合度最高。

          Abstract The differences of moisture content in tobacco leaves measured by capacitance method and resistance method were analyzed with packed redried tobacco leaves as materials. The correlation of moisture content with capacitance and resistance values was fitted with equations. The results showed that measured by capacitance method, the testing capacitance and tobacco moisture showed a significant correlation; at plus 1 kHz, 10 kHz and 100 kHz frequency, the sensitivity of capacitance to frequency reduced with the increase of frequency, and the fitting degree of equations also reduced; logarithmic model could be used to fit the correlation between capacitance and moisture content. When measured by the resistance method, the test voltage had no significant effect on resistance value; the resistance value measured with dual-rod electrodes showed a significant correlation with the moisture content in tobacco leaves, and the quadratic polynomial model could be used to fit their correlation. The capacitance method was better than the voltage method in measuring tobacco moisture content. The simulation equation could obtain the highest fitting degree, when the capacitance was measured with single-pole electrode at 1 kHz of frequency.

          對(duì)煙葉進(jìn)行自然醇化是改善其質(zhì)量、提高其可用性的有效方法[1]。霉變是煙葉醇化期間煙倉管理的一大障礙,而含水率是煙葉發(fā)生霉變的主要原因之一[2,3],因此,煙葉含水率檢測是預(yù)防霉變的前提。電容法[4~9]與電阻法[10~13]是常用的物料水分快速實(shí)時(shí)檢測方法,可運(yùn)用于煙葉含水率檢測。煙葉在醇化期間以煙包堆垛的方式存放,為了防爆防火安全,只能用電池供電的儀器設(shè)備進(jìn)入庫房檢測[14],而最佳頻率與最佳電壓可以提高儀器測量的準(zhǔn)確性,降低實(shí)際功耗。Ksenzhek等[15]曾研究了水分虧缺對(duì)玉米葉片直流電阻的影響,魏永勝等[16]研究了小麥葉片電特性與外加電壓和頻率的關(guān)系,Briggs[17]提出小麥水分含量與其直流電阻存在對(duì)數(shù)關(guān)系,這些研究均表明了儀器測量值與測試電壓或頻率有關(guān)。本試驗(yàn)研究了單電極與雙電極測量煙葉含水率與外加測試頻率和電壓的關(guān)系,并對(duì)電容法與電阻法的方案進(jìn)行比較,確定最優(yōu)方法,為煙葉含水率快速無損檢測技術(shù)研究與實(shí)踐提供理論依據(jù)。
          1 材料與方法
          1.1 材料
          試驗(yàn)材料為以煙包形式存放的復(fù)烤煙葉,由云南中煙工業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司提供,試驗(yàn)地點(diǎn)在昆明煙草物流中心。
          1.2 儀器
         、匐姌O:電極由不銹鋼實(shí)心桿和絕緣手柄組成,桿長35 cm,單桿半徑0.4 cm, 雙桿桿中心距離4 cm;桿頂端1 cm制成錐形探針結(jié)構(gòu);絕緣手柄端連出兩根導(dǎo)線;
          ②智能LCR測試儀:型號(hào)TH2822C,頻率范圍100 Hz~100 kHz;
         、踀T533絕緣萬用表:電壓檔有50、100、250、500、1 000 V;
          ④電子天平:型號(hào)LQ-A10002,規(guī)格0.01~1 000 g;
