        基于近紅外光譜技術(shù)建立不同產(chǎn)地駱駝蓬藥材定性判別模型

          [摘要]該研究將光纖傳感技術(shù)與近紅外漫反射光譜相結(jié)合,通過主成分分析、聚類分析、SIMCA等方法直接對(duì)駱駝蓬藥材進(jìn)行檢測(cè),用于識(shí)別不同產(chǎn)地的駱駝蓬,建立快速無損鑒別駱駝蓬產(chǎn)地的新方法。研究中建立全波長(zhǎng)原始光譜圖,通過主成分分析前2個(gè)主成分得分圖基本可以區(qū)分4個(gè)產(chǎn)地的駱駝蓬;波長(zhǎng) 866~2 507 nm,MSC為預(yù)處理方法建立最佳聚類分析模型對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)集預(yù)測(cè)的正確率達(dá)到91.67%,可對(duì)4個(gè)產(chǎn)地駱駝蓬基本區(qū)分;波長(zhǎng)為1 085~2 507 nm,預(yù)處理方法為歸一化法建立最佳SIMCA模型,對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),只產(chǎn)地昌吉的樣品沒有被識(shí)別,其余樣本判別正確,總識(shí)別率 97.22%。研究結(jié)果表明利用近紅外漫反射光纖光譜結(jié)合SIMCA法識(shí)別能力最佳,可用于駱駝蓬的鑒別。

          [Abstract]The optic-fiber sensor technology combined with near-infrared diffuse reflection spectroscopy was applied  to directly analyze  Peganum harmala and identify different origin of P. harmala on the basis of principal component analysis, clustering analysis, SIMCA method, which resulted in the establishment of a new method to rapidly and nondestructively identify the origin of P. harmala. The original full wavelength spectrum for principal component analysis and the score of first two principal components can distinguish four  origins of P. harmala basically. In the wavelength range of 866-2 507 nm, MSC as pretreatment method to establish the best model of clustering analysis to forecast the samples with the accuracy of 91.67%, can distinguish the four origins of P. harmala while in the wavelength of 1 085- 2 507 nm, normalization method as pretreatment methods to establish a best model of SIMCA to forecast the sample, all the samples except for the changji sample have been identified with a total recognition rate of 97.22%. The results show that using near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy combined with SIMCA is the best method that can be effectively used to identify the P. harmala.

          駱駝蓬Peganum harmala 系蒺藜科 Zygophyllaceae 駱駝蓬屬Peganum的多年生草本植物,是維吾爾族、哈薩克族、蒙古族的常用藥。主要以種子、全草入藥,用于治療風(fēng)濕痹痛、咳嗽氣喘以及無名腫痛,已經(jīng)被衛(wèi)生部藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)維吾爾藥分冊(cè)收錄<sup>[1-2]</sup>。駱駝蓬的藥理作用主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:防輻射、抗包蟲、抗炎鎮(zhèn)痛、抗銀屑病、抗腫瘤等<sup>[3-7]</sup>。
          近來年人們開始關(guān)注產(chǎn)地對(duì)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)和質(zhì)量的影響。對(duì)于中藥材來說,不同產(chǎn)地其氣候、地質(zhì)和土壤的不同,會(huì)導(dǎo)致中藥材含有的化學(xué)成分含量有所差異,從而對(duì)藥材質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生一定的影響。
          本研究將光纖傳感技術(shù)與近紅外光譜相結(jié)合,直接對(duì)駱駝蓬藥材進(jìn)行檢測(cè),建立快速無損鑒別駱駝蓬產(chǎn)地的新方法。
          1材料與方法
          1.1材料
          駱駝蓬有4個(gè)產(chǎn)地,產(chǎn)地分別為阜康,昌吉,吉木薩爾縣,伊寧縣。藥材經(jīng)新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院帕麗達(dá)·阿布利孜教授鑒定為蒺藜科 Zygophyllaceae 駱駝蓬屬Peganum植物駱駝蓬的干燥全草。樣品信息見表1。樣本隨機(jī)分為校正集和預(yù)測(cè)集,訓(xùn)練集包括52個(gè)樣品,預(yù)測(cè)集包括36個(gè)樣品。
