        安徽煙區(qū)土壤硫含量及其對烤煙硫含量的影響

          摘要[目的]研究安徽省植煙土壤和煙葉硫含量的關(guān)系。[方法]采集池州東至煙區(qū)和皖南煙區(qū)土壤普查樣品,研究不同采樣點不同植煙年限的土壤有效硫含量。研究重壤土、中壤土、輕壤土定位樣品土壤有效硫含量和定位樣品煙葉全硫含量,以及≥15、6~10和1~5 a不同植煙年限的定位樣品土壤有效硫和定位樣品煙葉全硫含量。[結(jié)果]隨著植煙年限的延長,施肥造成硫素在土壤中積累量增加;在植煙季節(jié)內(nèi)隨著土壤沙性的增強(qiáng)及土壤改良效果越明顯時,土壤有效硫含量積累作用越強(qiáng);土壤硫含量與煙葉硫含量無明顯相關(guān)性;煙葉硫含量主要取決于植煙土壤質(zhì)地類型,土壤黏性越大、酸度越強(qiáng),越有利于硫素在烤煙葉中積累。[結(jié)論]可為實現(xiàn)安徽省煙葉生產(chǎn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

          Abstract[Objective]To research the relationship between the tobaccoplanting soil and the sulfur content of tobacco leaf in Anhui Province.[Method]Soil census samples were collected from Dongzhi Tobacco Area of Chizhou City and South Anhui Tobacco Area.Soil available sulfur contents in different sampling sites in different planting years were researched.Soil available sulfur contents and tobacco leaf total sulfur contents in location sample were detected in heavy loam,medium loam soil and light loam soil,as well as the soil available sulfur and total sulfur contents in location sample in different planting years (≥15,6-10 and 1-5 a).[Result]With the increase of planting years,sulfur accumulated in the soil due to the application of fertilizer.In the growth season of tobacco,soil improvement had obvious effect with the increase of soil sand property,and the soil sulfur had strong accumulation effect.There was no relationship between the sulfur content in the soil and the tobacco leaf.The leaf sulfur content was determined by the soil texture type.Stronger soil cohesion and soil acidity were good for the sulfur accumulated in the tobacco leaf.[Conclusion]This research provides scientific basis for the sustainable development of tobacco leaf production in Anhui Province.

          硫作為植株吸收的第四大營養(yǎng)元素,在植物體內(nèi)發(fā)揮著重要的生理作用,對烤煙生長發(fā)育和品質(zhì)形成具有重要意義[1]。當(dāng)土壤中硫素缺乏或過量時,對烤煙的品質(zhì)均有不同程度的影響[2]。目前,硫過量問題已經(jīng)引起了煙草業(yè)界的普遍關(guān)注。安徽省南部煙區(qū)主要以水田煙為主,由于土壤母質(zhì)、氣候、耕作方式,土壤鉀素含量不高,為了滿足烤煙生長對鉀素的需要,在烤煙生產(chǎn)過程中需大量增施硫酸鉀。雖然SO42-易隨水流失,但長期連續(xù)施用含硫化肥,SO42-在表土層和底土層都有明顯的累積,引起土壤pH降低,從而導(dǎo)致土壤理化環(huán)境的變化[3]。而有關(guān)安徽省植煙土壤的硫素和煙葉的硫含量狀況及土壤硫素對煙葉硫素含量的影響鮮見報道。為了提高和穩(wěn)定安徽省煙葉品質(zhì),筆者研究了植煙土壤硫含量與煙葉硫含量的相互關(guān)系,旨在為建立適合安徽煙區(qū)的硫素調(diào)控技術(shù)體系及實現(xiàn)安徽煙葉生產(chǎn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
          1 材料與方法
          1.1 樣品采集
          1.1.1 普查樣品的采集。為了解安徽省煙區(qū)土壤有效硫含量,本著代表全省植煙土壤有效硫含量的原則,采樣點盡可能分散于煙區(qū)種煙面積較大的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),于植煙起壟前采集田間土壤樣品。共采集2015年度煙區(qū)植煙土壤普查樣品103個,以安徽皖南煙葉公司和池州煙草公司所管轄煙區(qū)為取樣范圍,采用以不同植煙土壤質(zhì)地和植煙年限為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的“雙元素”取樣方法。田間采集土壤樣品時,遵循 “S”形布點取樣法,每個取樣點根據(jù)壟體“△”剖面形狀,在三角形的每個頂點和每邊中點共采集6點土樣進(jìn)行充分混合,按四分法制成一個混合樣品,再采用四分法現(xiàn)場分取其中1/4樣品記作1個點的采集量,每個樣品在田間的樣品采集點不少于5個。
