【摘要】 目的：觀察對(duì)急性期腦卒中并發(fā)抑郁患者行以中西醫(yī)聯(lián)合康復(fù)治療的臨床效果。方法：擇取2015年1月-2017年12月本院收治的97例急性期腦卒中并發(fā)抑郁患者，隨機(jī)將所選患者分成對(duì)照組與觀察組，對(duì)照組47例患者行以常規(guī)西醫(yī)康復(fù)治療，觀察組50例患者行以中西醫(yī)聯(lián)合康復(fù)治療，對(duì)兩組患者的治療效果進(jìn)行分析和比較。結(jié)果：治療后觀察組患者的臨床總有效率為94.00%，對(duì)照組臨床總有效率為78.72%，觀察組明顯高于對(duì)照組，比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療前兩組患者的NIHSS評(píng)分、HAMD評(píng)分、CSS評(píng)分、BI指數(shù)比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），而治療后觀察組患者NIHSS評(píng)分、HAMD評(píng)分、CSS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組，BI指數(shù)高于對(duì)照組，比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后觀察組睡眠障礙評(píng)分、焦慮評(píng)分、抑郁情緒評(píng)分、遲緩評(píng)分、疑病評(píng)分5項(xiàng)抑郁因素評(píng)分均明顯低于對(duì)照組，比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：對(duì)急性期腦卒中并發(fā)抑郁患者行以中西醫(yī)聯(lián)合康復(fù)治療可以取得確切臨床效果，緩解患者的抑郁情緒，對(duì)疾病康復(fù)有利，具有顯著臨床價(jià)值，值得推廣。

　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with acute stroke complicated by depression.Method：A total of 97 patients with acute stroke complicated with depression who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group， 47 patients were treated with routine western medical rehabilitation.Observation group of 50 patients underwent combined Chinese and western rehabilitation treatment，the treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result：After treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%， while the total effective rate of the control group was 78.72%，the observation group was significantly higher than the control group，with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Before treatment，the NIHSS score，HAMD score， CSS score and BI index of two groups were not significantly different（P>0.05）.After treatment，the NIHSS score， HAMD score and CSS score in the observation group were lower than those of the control group， and the BI index was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.After the treatment，the score of sleep disturbance，anxiety， depression， delay and suspicion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion：It is worth to popularize that patients with acute stroke complicated with depression should be treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to achieve the exact clinical results，alleviate the depression and improve the recovery of the disease.
