          摘要 [目的] 為了協(xié)調(diào)煙葉化學(xué)成分,提高煙葉品質(zhì)。[方法] 對(duì)保山昌寧主煙區(qū)植煙土壤和煙葉中微量元素進(jìn)行分析。[結(jié)果] 煙葉中鋅、錳、銅含量與土壤中對(duì)應(yīng)元素顯著正相關(guān),昌寧縣三煙區(qū)土壤銅、鐵含量豐富,鋅、錳缺失,其中11.14%土壤缺錳,2.05%的土壤嚴(yán)重缺鋅;煙葉中銅含量偏高,鐵含量偏低,鋅含量適中。[結(jié)論]在烤煙生產(chǎn)上要注意增施鋅肥,控制銅肥,噴施錳肥。

          Mine Nutrition Element Analysis of Soil and Fluecured Tobacco in Main Tobaccogrowing Areas in Baoshan, Changning

          Abstract [Objective] The research aimed to harmonize chemical components in the fluecured tobacco leaves and improve its quality. [Method] Microelements were analyzed in soil and leaves about the main tobaccogrowing areas in Baoshan, Changnign. [Result] The correlation of copper, manganese, zinc content in tobacco leaves and the corresponding element in soils was significantly positive. The available Cu and Fe in soil of tobaccogrowing areas was abundant. 11.14% of soil in tobaccogrowing areas was short of Mn,and 2.05% of soil in tobaccogrowing areas was short of Zn. Tobacco leaves were rich in Cu, poor in Fe and Zn were moderate. [Conclusion]In the fluecured tobacco production, the zinc fertilizer should be increased, the iron fertilizer should be controlled and Mn should be sprayed.

          煙葉是卷煙工業(yè)最基本的原料,其質(zhì)量直接影響卷煙的品質(zhì)。煙葉的品質(zhì)除受常規(guī)化學(xué)成分影響外, 還受鐵、錳、銅、鋅等煙葉所需礦質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素的影響。這些礦質(zhì)元素對(duì)于烤煙的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育至關(guān)重要,其含量的過高或過低均會(huì)引起煙草生理機(jī)能失調(diào),影響正常機(jī)能代謝,導(dǎo)致煙葉主要化學(xué)成分不協(xié)調(diào),進(jìn)而影響煙葉中香味成分的含量。大量研究表明,煙葉中礦質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素含量對(duì)其外觀、香吃味、刺激性等均有顯著的影響[1-7]。筆者通過對(duì)保山昌寧縣3個(gè)煙區(qū)土壤和對(duì)應(yīng)煙葉中有效態(tài)礦質(zhì)元素進(jìn)行研究,掌握保山昌寧煙區(qū)土壤和煙葉中礦質(zhì)元素含量,為該區(qū)煙葉生產(chǎn)、土壤微肥調(diào)施、保持土壤養(yǎng)分平衡提供參考,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)調(diào)煙葉化學(xué)成分,提高煙葉品質(zhì)。
          1 材料與方法
          1.1 土壤樣品的采集與分析 采集廣西中煙基地保山昌寧3個(gè)主煙區(qū)土壤樣品共98個(gè),用木鏟取耕作層土樣,風(fēng)干后用木錘研磨,過100目尼龍篩,用DTPA溶液浸提[8],采取原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定土壤中有效鐵、有效錳、有效銅和有效鋅的含量。
          1.2 煙葉樣品的采集與分析 取與土壤樣品對(duì)應(yīng)的煙葉樣品,選取等級(jí)為中橘三。共采集樣品294個(gè),煙葉樣品經(jīng)密閉微波消解系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行處理,用原子吸收光譜儀測(cè)定煙葉中礦質(zhì)元素鐵、錳、銅、鋅有效態(tài)含量。
          2 結(jié)果與分析
          2.1 土壤礦質(zhì)元素含量
          2.1.1 有效鐵。由表1可知,昌寧煙區(qū)土壤有效鐵含量在1.64~46.7 mg/kg之間;僅有9.23%的土壤鐵含量低于4.5 mg/kg,有效鐵含量大于10 mg/kg的土壤占有比例大于63%,三煙區(qū)有效鐵均值都在15 mg/kg以上。由此可知,昌寧縣三煙區(qū)土壤基本不缺鐵;從變異系數(shù)來看,叢崗地塊間鐵含量差異最小。
          2.1.2 有效錳。
          由表2可知,三煙區(qū)有效錳含量在2.01~53.4 mg/kg范圍內(nèi)。均值在20 mg/kg以上,處于較高含量范圍。由此可知,昌寧縣三煙區(qū)除11.14%的土壤錳含量低于5 mg/kg外,大多土壤不缺錳;從均值來看,在三煙區(qū)土壤中有效錳含量最高的是羊街,叢崗最;從變異系數(shù)分析,三

          量差異不顯著,說明各煙區(qū)土壤錳含量相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。
          2.1.3 有效銅。由表3可知,各煙區(qū)土壤有效銅含量在0.18~35.06 mg/kg 之間,均大于0.2 mg/kg ,處于中等偏上的水平;三煙區(qū)橫向分析,羊街煙區(qū)有效銅含量相對(duì)較低,平均含量為2.03 mg/kg,叢崗偏高。從平均值來看,叢崗煙區(qū)土壤銅含量較高,羊街地塊間銅含量差異較大。
