【摘要】 目的：探究與觀察奧曲肽對(duì)急性胰腺炎患者腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素表達(dá)的影響。方法：選取2016年6月-2017年6月期間本院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各50例。對(duì)照組行常規(guī)急性胰腺炎治療，觀察組則在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用奧曲肽。比較兩組患者治療前后腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果：治療前兩組腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素指標(biāo)表達(dá)比較，差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），治療后觀察組腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素指標(biāo)表達(dá)均顯著改善，且檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：奧曲肽對(duì)急性胰腺炎患者腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素表達(dá)的影響相對(duì)更好，因此奧曲肽在急性胰腺炎患者中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值較高。

　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and observe the influence of Octreotide for the expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of acute pancreatitis patients.Method：A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected，they were divided into control group and observation group according to table of random numbers，50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of acute pancreatitis，the observation group was treated with Octreotide on the base of control group.The expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of before and after the treatment were compared between two groups.Result：The intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones indexes before the treatment were no significant differences between two groups（P>0.05）；the expression of ntestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones indexes in the observation group after the treatment were all significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of Octreotide for the expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of patients with acute pancreatitis are relatively better，and the application value of octreotide in the patients with acute pancreatitis is higher.

　　急性胰腺炎是消化系統(tǒng)常見(jiàn)疾病，患者的不適感表現(xiàn)突出，治療需求極高[1]。與急性胰腺炎相關(guān)的研究顯示，腸黏膜屏障狀態(tài)相對(duì)異常，因此對(duì)相關(guān)指標(biāo)表達(dá)的改善需求較高。另外，本病患者的胃腸功能狀態(tài)也受到影響，因此相關(guān)的胃腸激素表達(dá)也明顯異常，此方面也成為疾病治療過(guò)程中的重點(diǎn)干預(yù)與評(píng)估方面[2-3]。本文筆者就奧曲肽對(duì)急性胰腺炎患者腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素表達(dá)的影響進(jìn)行探究與觀察，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
　　1 資料與方法
　　1.1 一般資料 選取2016年6月-2017年6月期間本院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組50例。納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：年齡在20歲及以上；符合急性胰腺炎診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；病程≤7.0 d者；對(duì)研究知情及簽署同意書者。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：胰腺壞死或膿腫者；合并心腦腎肺等基礎(chǔ)疾病者；精神認(rèn)知異常者；合并其他胃腸等消化疾病者。該研究經(jīng)倫理學(xué)委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)，且患者均知情同意。
